PM Architects introduced a transformative project along G B Road, Thane, covering 2.5 acres. With a built-up area of 4 lakh sq. ft and a leasable area of 2.5 lakh sq. ft, our design seamlessly merged innovation and functionality, contributing to the dynamic urban fabric of Thane. R Mall, Thane an existing operational mall needed several redesign and re-planning strategies. PMA through its planning and design solutions created a new and look n feel to keep up with the changing retail dynamics and aspiration of the customers as well to keep R mall "Ahead of the Curve" for future and gain maximum value by this asset which has prime visibility.
