Orchid Bhubaneshwar

One of PMA first projects with The Orchid Group. PMA was assigned the task of reprogramming The Orchid Hotel in Bhubaneshwar, with a existing building housing 75 rooms and a brown field new wing with approx. 30 rooms, along with Back of House Areas and MEP services, all this while keeping the hotel operational. PMA approach was to rework the new block as a “Nirvana Wing” equipped with bespoke rooms, that exhibited a very different and more upmarket offering than the existing 75 rooms, this was done to enhance the aesthetic as well as gauge market responses to a unique and upgraded product. The outcome is hyper successful, and PMA has since then been commissioned for various green and brown field projects with The Orchid Group.
