Samara Premium Garden Residences, Silvassa

SPJ developers who have been primarily involved in developing bespoke industrial parks came to PMA with a beautiful plot of land nestled within Mango Orchards in the Union Territory of Silvassa. Upon study of the demography PMA responded with a bespoke Villa and development all built around a central park, keeping the green values of the land alive. PMA also designed stacked townhouses in the development as a more bespoke apartment option within a garden and green development. The design, naming and concept was all scripted by PMA, for the developers allowing us to give a full scope of land programming to design as a development solution.
