A Residentia Redevelopment project in Mulund, with Retail and residential apartments. The development is located on a street corner, and has a very large deviation in the apartment sizes and their given locations. The challenge was to design a façade that responded to the plan with its large offsets and variations and yet integrate the same in a harmonious manner.
