One of our most challenging projects wherein the clients had a partially built structure, that was not designed to receive a five star boutique hotel. Located in the historic city of Gwalior with its rich local heritage and colonial past. PMA collaborated with the local consultants and designed a boutique 5 star hotel with a strong banquet and F&B base to cater to Gwalior’s local market needs. The Facade was a response to the architecture that gave Gwalior its glorious past and the attempt was not to create a modern glass and metal building.
