This came across as a typical redevelopment project one encounters in Mumbai, the building was already existing on site as a G+1 retail , 2 floors of parking podium and apartments above all set within a complicated structural system of floating columns and transfer girders. The reprogramming undertaken required PMA to demolish one side of the building vertically to accommodate more parking in a mechanical tower stack and build more apartments above and yield the developer the ground and first floor as retail and use the Parking floors to house smaller studio apartments.
