PMA was commissioned by the developer to create super luxury apartments at the peak of Pali Hill Bandra for this redevelopment project The site after a certain height offered ocean views and open vistas as the land is located on the peak of Mumbai’s much sought after Pali Hill. All the land around the site falls away from its elevation thereby allowing for a imposing structure and views. The site is odd shaped with a distinctive extension on ots North East corner. PMA used this awkward extension to create an iconic form. The entire building is raised on ‘Legs” and densely landscaped to create an entry experience that’s bespoke and which adds to the environment of this neighbourhood.
