A very Challenging and exiting mixed use project on Main Gokhale Road- Thane. The project involved redevelopment of the building, and rehousing all the existing unit holders for retail and residential, along with addition of a large office/ commercial component for the developer, and a massive parking requirement. PMA approach was to allow for individual identities for each component in order to ensure every entity i.e. Retail, Offices and Residential apartments got prominence from a busy road and enjoyed their own visual identities and yet looked stitched together within one development.
