Prime Focus – ILA Juhu

The client brief of developing bespoke high end stacked bungalows instead of apartments was a one-line brief given to PMA. PMA approached the project by creating spaces wherein each apartment reserves its privacy and allows for discretion as one would have in a bungalow. The clients aim was to decongest the plot and house just 4-5 families in the structure, which was a very fresh approach, and highly appreciated by the design team at PMA. The bespoke drop off to the private ingress and egress for each carefully planned apartment was the starting block for the design, that further evolved into creating duplex, triplex and quadraplex styled sky villas.
