PMA was commissioned on this site when the clients had already executed an excavation of 19 Mts. The clients initially looked at planning a retail and commercial building in this prime area of Mumbai, and then the brief changed to convert the building to a bespoke residential building. The brief was specific ang highly challenging, to accommodate over 40 car parks, of all cars min Maybach size, and bespoke amenities such as gym, wellness areas, theatres, meditation pods to name a few all within a small lot of land. PMA’s approach to managing the car parking integrated with a table form structural system and volumetric use of space to create various amenities, was a exciting and rewarding process.
